The replacement unit will work on all newer four-strokes in 250, 400, 450, 505, 530 models using the RC4, XC4, or RF4 motor (not for the RFS motors).Replaces KTM part# 77036003000 and 77036003100.For the RC4, XC4, RF4 2008-2010 motors (250, 400, 450, 505, 530, all models).Also fits 2009-2010 Husaberg 390,450, and 570; Husaberg installation requires special instruction (Tensioner must be installed collapsed. This requires laying your bike on its side to install). Can be installed in less than five minutes.Resolves issues with a slack timing chain on the new 4-stroke motors.Uses oil pressure combined with a mechanical ratchet system to prevent collapse.
